What I'm Loving | 8/26/2018

I'm so thankful to everyone who reached out with well wishes this weekend! Starting over in a whole new place is so hard, but I'm incredibly grateful that I've been able to keep in touch with pals from home and make some really genuine ones here, too. I've spent so much time talking with/hanging out with loved ones this week and my heart is so full.

Here's what I'm loving lately:

Reading ::  Little Fires Everywhere was fascinating. I didn't expect it to get so mysterious but it had so many twists and turns throughout and I enjoyed it so. I also wrapped up Sing, Unburied, Sing — my second Jesmyn Ward novel this year and even better than the first. There are few authors so well-versed at intertwining perspectives and storylines in such a way. I got Dreams from My Father as a birthday gift so it's up next!

Spare Time :: I've started watching The Real Housewives of Beverley Hills from the beginning! I've seen SO many episodes here and there but watching them in order is so different. I'm getting caught up on all the drama in record time, but now I can't get enough!

Etcetera ::  Did anyone see Beyoncé's the pictures from September's Vogue issues? This mini-interview is so interesting and she looks gorgeous (of course). I'm deciding on whether or not to get tickets to OTRII...and I'm so tempted.
