What I'm Loving
Time is flying by. I realized that last week was the one month mark at my job, and two months since I've been here. Finally things here are starting to feel normal and routine! We're about to head to the lake with some friends, but I wanted to give a quick summary of what I've been up to.
Books :: I started The Unbearable Lightness of Being, and so far so good! The writing style is very unique but I'm enjoying it. I've also starting following several local Twitter accounts that put up quite a bit of local content, so I've been staying in the know on area events as well.
Listening :: Louder Than Bombs is one of my favorite albums and it's been heavy in the rotation lately.
Spare time :: Next to none! I've felt so all over the place this week. I did get to go see the new Spiderman movie which was fairly entertaining. It's also been pleasantly warm out so I've been trying to spend lots of time outside.
Style :: I cannot stop eyeing Stitchfix. I haven't given in to trying it yet but it seems like such a cool service that I might just have to. You only pay a $20 styling credit and for the clothes you keep, but if you keep more than $20 worth the credit is applied to the purchase! I find shopping to be inconvenient so this seems like a great service.
Alright, keeping my fingers crossed I don't get sunburned like the last time I went to the beach!
